QIB Commercial Pty Ltd, ABN 45 010 723 967, is a part of QIB Group Holdings Pty Ltd. and holds a current Australian Financial Services Licence No. 244330 and is responsible for the financial services Austcover provides. Our Australian Financial Services Licence is issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) under the Corporations Act. We are able to provide financial product advice and deal in general insurance products.
A Financial Services Guide is designed to assist you in determining whether to use our services. It contains information about our charges, your rights as a client and other things you need to know in relation to insurance matters.

We respect the privacy of your personal information. This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, store, use and disclose your personal information (including sensitive information) in accordance with the terms below, and applicable Privacy Laws (defined as laws including the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Complaints and Disputes
We strive to make our clients happy by meeting, if not exceeding, their expectations. At times, we endeavour to be accurate, honest and fair; however, occasionally complaints or disputes do occur.
Vulnerable Customers Policy
An insurer can provide you with more information about its Financial Hardship process, including an application form for assistance, and information about its Privacy Policy relating to the use and disclosure of your information. Contact the insurer to request a Financial Hardship application form, and for details on where to send your application.
